Violence, Bullying & Harassment In The Workplace

Violence, bullying or harassing of anyone in the workplace is strictly prohibited under the terms of the Work Health and Safety Act.

People bullying or being violent to others can be prosecuted and personally fined by WorkSafe WA and reported to the police.

If you are subjected to any form of violence or bullying or you are aware of it happening to others, you are required to report it to your supervisor, safety representative or manager immediately.

If you are a supervisor or senior manager, it is your responsibility to create a safe and secure work environment, free from violence, bullying or harassment.
